Pte Ltd established two wholly owned subsidiaries in Shanghai, namely Star Controls Engineering (Shanghai) Co., Ltd and Star Controls Engineering & Service Centre Co., Ltd. In addition, Star Controls operates its branch offices in Wuhan and Xiamen. Star Controls is principally engaged in the sales of valves, instruments, and their related products under many international top brands in the PRC market. Moreover, it is one of the largest professional suppliers of control engineering. As widely recognized by customers, Star Controls extends its business to petroleum, natural gas, petrochemicals, chemicals, power stations, and other related industries.

Nowadays, Star Controls has become an important business partner of Emerson Process Management, and distributes more Emerson products, including Fisher control valves, Fisher regulators, El-O-Matic actuators, Bettis actuators, Topworx, Fieldvue digital valve controllers, FieldQ actuators, and PlantWeb digital plant architectures. In addition, Star Controls distributes other international brands valves, such as Univals, Richter, and OHL.
